Attorney Dion Custis of Cheyenne, WY; ethical gremlin The state of Wyoming presented Robert Leroy Bernhardt with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law College. The state of Colorado also provided Dion was a license to practice law in 1993
The Wyoming State Bar Board of Responsibility found Dion guilty of the following misconduct.
While representing a client in criminal matter, Dion thought it was accepted to offer money — which he laughingly described as future restitution to the mother of a victim of child sexual assault in exchange for her more favorable sentencing recommendation regarding his disgusting client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Dion by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. April 2013), Dion practices at 400 East 20th Street in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
