Attorney Paul Craig of Memphis; serial offender

 
The state of Tennessee presented Paul Forrest Craig with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.
 
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
 
Paul’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2010

  1. Failed to communicate with client
  2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
In one matter, Paul failed to draft or file document establishing a conservatorship for his client’s son. Paul failed to communicate with the client and repeatedly told the client that he would quickly resolve the matter, but he failed to do so.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme
Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
Paul’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2011

  1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
In one matter, Paul misled his client into thinking that the client’s cases were being litigated, when in fact Paul had never filed a lawsuit.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme
Court punished Paul by gifting him with a 2nd complimentary censure.
 
Paul’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2013

 
In this matter, Paul was found guilty of illegally practicing law in Mississippi despite the fact that he didn’t have a license to so act.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme
Court punished Paul by gifting him with a 3rd complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Paul practices at 100 North Main Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
