Attorney Wendell Sims of Chicago; lying loser
The state of Illinois presented Wendell Benjamin Sims with a law license in 1988.
The Disciplinary Commission found Wendell guilty of the following misconduct.
Wendell found it acceptable to mismanage the funds of a decedent’s estate. In addition, Wendell was not candid with a client (lied) about the status of those funds,.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Wendell by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Wendell practices with the Law Offices of W. Ben Sims & Associates, Ltd. at 20 North Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois.
