Justice Abudakar Thalba of Nigeria; moronic loser
The National Judicial Council of Nigeria recently recommended that an investigation be instituted of Judge Thalba’s conduct for giving a self-confessed looter the option of paying N750,000 ($4,800 US) for stealing N32.8 billion ($212 million US) of pension funds
Thalba said he relied on the provision of the Penal Code Act, which allows the option of a fine for the crime and sentenced him to two years imprisonment with an option of a N750,000.
The absurd sentence generated immense outcry and various groups and organizations condemned the judgment.
The Judicial Council also set up a fact finding committee to investigate the allegations leveled against Justice Thalba over his handling of the case.
All that remains now is to see if the Judicial Council has the courage to sack this moronic loser.
