Attorney Bryan Flaherty of Pittsburgh; serial drunk

The state of Pennsylvania presented David Ferleger with a law license in 191.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Scott guilty of the following misconduct.

Bryan was convicted of three (3) counts of Driving under the Influence and one count of Traffic Control Signals. Subsequently, Bryan was sentenced to not less than 90 days in jail, as well as costs and fines.

Bryan failed to report his criminal convictions to the State Bar as required. When confronted by Disciplinary Counsel, Bryan admitted that he had previously arrested twice for Driving under the Influence.

In an attempt to mitigate his conduct, Bryan testified at the disciplinary hearing that he infrequently attends AA meetings. An unreliable source indicated that Bryan so acted because the AA stopped providing Jack Daniel’s at the meetings.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Bryan practices at 306 Duff Road in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Warning: Bryan does not carry legal malpractice insurance
