Attorney Harley McKinney of Rock Springs, WY; ethical dwarf The state of North Dakota presented Harley J. McKinney with a law license in 1972.
The Disciplinary Board found Harley guilty of the following misconduct.
Harley failed to act with due diligence (slacker) in representing a client. He also failed to keep his client (victim) reasonably informed about the status of his legal matter.
Harley also failed to timely serve a defendant with a summons (subpoena) which then resulted in the dismissal of his client’s case.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Harley by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Harley practices with the McKinney Law Office at 212-1/2 R Street in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
