The state of Massachusetts presented Paul C. Dick with a law license in 1975.
The Board of Bar Overseers found Paul guilty of the following misconduct

Failed to properly reconcile trust account every sixty days

Check register lacked client identifiers

Failed to calculate a running balance for trust account as required

Failed to maintain individual ledgers for each client matter

Did not maintain ledger for his personal funds in account to cover bank charges

Failed to perform three-way reconciliation of trust accounts

Negligently misused trust funds to pay unrelated client obligations

Misconduct created negative balances in individual client accounts
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Paul practices with the Law Offices of Paul C. Dick, P.C. at 60 The Great Road in Bedford, Massachusetts.
