Attorney Samuel Adams of Salt Lake City; ethical misfit

The state of Utah presented Samuel H. Adams with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Charles guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to properly supervise non-attorney office staff
  2. Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Samuel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) Samuel practices at 35 West Broadway in Salt Lake City, Utah.
