Attorney Neil Spector of Chicago; potty mouth loser

 
The Illinois Supreme Court presented Neil Alan Spector with a law license in 1981.
 
The Disciplinary Commission found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct meant solely to embarrass a third party
  2. Engaged in conduct that tends to defeat the administration of justice
  3. Failed to respond to Disciplinary Commission requests (Up Yours, said Neil!)
  4. Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
Neil agreed to represent Nathaniel George who allegedly grabbed his step-son by the collar and threw him out of a room. Shortly, thereafter the Circuit Court of DuPage County entered an order of protection and ordered Mr. George to have no further contact with his step-son or his step-son’s grandmother, Maria Valentin.
 
Neil appeared in court in the case regarding the order of protection. Subsequently, a hearing was held wherein Neil asked the court for a continuance of the trial date which was granted. As both Neil and Ms. Valentin were leaving the courtroom, Neil said to her, “have a nice day, you piece of shit.”
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Neil practices at 747 North LaSalle Drive in Chicago, Illinois.
