Attorney Gary Stark of Anna, IL; lying loser
The state of Illinois presented Gary Eugene Stark with a law license in 1994.
The Disciplinary Commission found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.
Gary failed t o file a lawsuit on behalf of several clients and then made false representations (lied) t o the clients regarding the status of the matter.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license. .
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Gary practices at 602 South Main Street in Anna, Illinois.
