Attorney Donald Brewer of Crystal Lake, IL; repeat offender
The state of Illinois presented Donald Ray Brewer with a law license in 1974.
The Disciplinary Commission found Donald guilty of misconduct on at least two separate occasions.
Donald’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Donald by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
Donald’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In one matter, Donald engaged in an obvious conflict of interest when he represented a charitable foundation in a transaction in which the foundation had loaned money to another of his clients. Apparently, Donald lacks the necessary intellect to understand what the term “conflict of interest” means.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Donald by gifting him with his second complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Donald practices with the Law Offices of Donald R. Brewer at 444 North Route 31 in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
