Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner
As most everyone knows, Rev. Pat Robertson is the host of a one-hour comedy show that airs on the Christian Broadcasting Network.
Rev. Pat’s comedy show is titled: “The 700 Club” and offers a wide variety of comedic skits in competition with the “Daily Show” hosted by Jon Stewart.
During a recent airing of his comedy show, Rev. Pat decided it was time to put forth some gratuitous attacks against Obama by claiming that Obama wants to destroy America. Pat the Comic went on to say: “Obama wouldn’t admit to being a socialist but that’s what it is. He has an agenda.”
Pat then went ahead and referred to an op-ed piece written by fellow televangelist and comedian, Karl Rove.
Rev. Pat’s comedy routines are akin to fine wine, they get better as time passes on. Of course Pat’s comedy skits are much more enjoyable when he’s off his meds.
For Pat to claim that Obama is a Socialist is akin to claiming that Rep. Michelle Bachman is the only lucid member of Congress.
Congrats Mike; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s most unaccomplished Standup Comedians; you are far too humble.
