The state of Illinois presented Swaray Edward Conteh with a law license in 1995.
The Disciplinary Commission found Kristine guilty of the following misconduct.
Swaray filed to promptly notify a third party of his receipt of funds awarded to a client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Swaray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, which was the same gift Swaray was presented with by the Indiana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2012) Swaray practices with the Law Office of Swaray Conteh at 6201 La Pas Trail in Indianapolis, Indiana.
