Attorney Timothy Clark of Indianapolis; repeat offender

The state of Indiana provided Timothy Vernon Clark with a law license in 1982.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Timothy guilty of the following misconduct.

While under investigation for a variety of misconduct, Timothy failed to cooperate with the disciplinary commission in any manner whatsoever. In truth, Timothy told the Commission “Go ‘F’ your self!”

Of course this wasn’t Timothy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license for:

  • Failing to maintain adequate funds in his trust account in order to pay obligations he owed
  • Collecting an undisclosed additional fee from a client (victim)
  • Neglecting client cases
  • Failing to cooperate with disciplinary investigators (Up Yours, said Timmy!)

In addition to the above, Timothy’s law license was suspended on two other occasions for his failure to comply with continuing legal education (CLE) requirements.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Timothy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2012) Timothy practices with the Law Office of Timothy V. Clark at 127 East Michigan Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
