Attorney Andre Silvola of Colorado Springs; repeat offender
The state of California provided Andre Keith Silvola with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from California Western Law School in San Diego.
The California Bar Court found Andre guilty of the following misconduct.
Andre’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In regards to a personal injury matter involving an auto accident, Andre the Moron actually represented a client in the matter for 19-months without the client’s knowledge or consent. Andre went as far as filing a counterclaim in a pending lawsuit on behalf of his phantom client and he did so even though he never met or spoke with the alleged client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
Andre’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Andre failed comply with the terms of his probation in regards to his misconduct involving his 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.
Andre failed to file seven (7) quarterly probation reports, or submit a law office management plan or proof of his attendance at six hours of Continuing Legal Education.
As a con consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Andre practices at 627 Lansing Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
