Attorney Michael Walsh of Lansing, MI; ethical misfit

The State of Michigan provided Michael F. Walsh with a law license in 1970.

The Attorney Disciplinary Board found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to communicate with client
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to provide competent legal representation (moron)
  4. Failed to respond to Disciplinary Board inquires (Up Yours, said Michael!)
In one matter, Michael was appointed to represent a defendant in a criminal appeal but failed to file the statutorily required notice of appeal on his client’s behalf. Michael also failed to respond to his client’s inquires regarding the status of his appeal.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Michael practices at 2201 Tulane Drive in Lansing, Michigan.
