Attorney Robert J. Turner of Nashville; liar

The state of Tennessee provided Robert Joseph Turner with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

Robert thought it was acceptable to dupe future clients by displaying misleading claims of his legal expertise on his self-serving website.

Robert also divulged attorney/client confidences by disclosing the occupations of his clients on his website in an attempt to lure victims

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on the Board didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Robert.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Robert practices 208 3rd Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee
