Attorney Carl White of Denison, TX; ethical misfit
The state of Texas presented Carl N. White with a law license in 2004 after he graduated Texas Southern University Law School.
A panel of the District 1 Grievance Committee found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Carl represented a client’s daughter in a negligence suit against a school district. Carl neglected the legal matter and failed to inform the client about the status of her daughter’s legal case.
As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Bassey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Carl continues to practice in the Denison, Texas area.
