Attorney David Bunner of Evansville, IN; ethical misfit

The state of Indiana provided David Allen Bunner with a law license in 1979.
The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found David guilty of the following misconduct.
A client hired David to represent him in a marriage dissolution action. A final hearing was subsequently held, and the trial court directed David to file the appropriate entry. The trial court later contacted David and/or his office staff on several occasions about filing the appropriate entry. Eventually the trial court scheduled a hearing on the matter unless David filed the court ordered entry. Shortly thereafter David finally filed the court entry on December 2 that he was originally ordered to file on March 11.
It took Dave the Moron nine (9) months to prepare an entry that any first year law student or paralegal could have prepared in less than 15 minutes.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished David by gifting him with a complimentary 180 day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. October 2012) David practices is employed by the Vanderburgh County Public Defender Agency at 1 NW Martin Luther King Blvd. in Evansville, Indiana.
