Attorney Louis Asandrov of Rochester, NY; moronic loser

The state of New York provided Louis with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Albany Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the 7th Judicial District found Louis guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Louis failed to comply with mandatory rules of procedure while practicing in the federal bankruptcy court.
  2. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness to practice law
  3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  4. Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty and untrustworthiness
  5. Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
  6. Intentionally or habitually violated established court rules
Louis also failed to file federal and state income tax returns and pay the required taxes for a three-year period of time. Louis was subsequently pleaded guilty in Rochester City Court for failure to pay New York State personal income taxes. He was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge.

The bankruptcy referee ruled that while representing eight (8) clients over several years that Louis repeatedly failed to comply with mandatory provisions of the Bankruptcy Code. Louis’ conduct included failing to appear at mandatory meetings of creditors and his failure to file required schedules and repayment plans. The referee also found that Louis’ failure to comply with the Bankruptcy Code resulted in the dismissal of four (4) client matters by the Bankruptcy Court.

Additionally, the Referee found that over several years, Louis filed a series of pro se Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, all of which were dismissed because he failed to comply with provisions of the Bankruptcy Code.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on Grievance Committee of the 7th Judicial District punished Louis by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Louis practices with the Asandrov Law Offices at 291 Plymouth Avenue in Rochester, New York.
