Attorney Stephen Flack of Prairie Village, KS; ethical leper-con
The Kansas Supreme Court presented Stephen Paul Flack with a law license in 1996.
In 2007 the Kansas Supreme Court found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.
Stephen entered into a services agreement with ALMS, Ltd., a Dallas, Texas, company engaged in sending mass mailings to a targeted group of residents in Kansas and Missouri soliciting trust, will, power of attorney, and asset transfer documentation preparation and other services that were to be performed by Stephen.
ALMS collected a $1,995 attorney fee from prospective clients. Of the $1,995 attorney fee, Stephen paid $1,745 per completed trust he performed to ALMS. Stephen never met with any of the clients that ALMS were able to dupe into purchasing their services.
Subsequently, Stephen’s legal malpractice insure was forced to pay at least sixteen (16) of his client/victims amounts ranging from $1,294 to $2,495. Many of Stephens’s victims were mentally impaired because of their age. However, this fact didn’t deter Stephen the Louse from bilking them.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. October 2012) Stephen practices at 9019 Fontana in Prairie Village, Kansas.
