The state of Arkansas provided Robert F. Morehead with a law license in 1995
 
The Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct found Robert guilty of the following misconduct on the following occasions.
 
  1. November 1982 – receives complimentary reprimand from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct
  2. September 1988 – receives another complimentary reprimand from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct
  3. February 1990 – receives complimentary caution from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct
  4. July 1992 – receives another complimentary caution from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct
  5. November 1999 – receives his third complimentary reprimand from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct
  6. March 2009 – receives his fourth (4th) complimentary reprimand from Supreme Court for engaging in the following misconduct.
  • Failed to maintain an attorney trust account as required
  • Failed to file appeal for client before statutory time limit expired (Dufus)
  • Failed to comply with client’s stated objectives
  • Failed to consult with client
  • Failed to comply with an order from the Supreme Court
  • Failed to act with due diligence on behalf of client (slacker)
  • Failed to notify client of receipt of funds lawfully belonging to client (victim)
  • Failed to place client funds in designated client trust account
  • Commingled client funds with his personal funds
Is it any wonder that the majority of the good folks in Arkansas have total contempt for the manner in which the comedians on the Arkansas Supreme Court mete out punishment to Attorney Misfits.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Robert continues to practice law in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas area.
