February 1990 – receives complimentary caution from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct

July 1992 – receives another complimentary caution from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct

November 1999 – receives his third complimentary reprimand from Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct

March 2009 – receives his fourth (4th) complimentary reprimand from Supreme Court for engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to maintain an attorney trust account as required

Failed to file appeal for client before statutory time limit expired (Dufus)

Failed to comply with client’s stated objectives

Is it any wonder that the majority of the good folks in Arkansas have total contempt for the manner in which the comedians on the Arkansas Supreme Court mete out punishment to Attorney Misfits.
