Today’s “Joseph Goebbels Truth-Teller” Award Winner
FYI: Joseph Goebbels was the quintessential truth-teller during his tenure as the chief purveyor of propaganda for the Third Reich prior to and during World War II.
During a recent radio interview with talk show host Hugh Hewitt, Paulie was asked about his personal best in a marathon. Paulie the Truth-teller said his personal best was “Under three [hours], high twos. I had a two hour and fifty-something.” When Hugh expressed amazement at his sub 3-hour claim, Paulie doubled down on his truth-telling by saying, “I was fast when I was younger, yeah.”
Paulie’s marathon claim was almost immediately proven to be untrue when Runner’s World reported that the only marathon he ran was in the 1990 Grandma’s Marathon in Duluth, Minnesota when he was 20-years-old.Runner’s World went on to report that Paulie’s actual time in Grandma’s Marathon was 4 hours, 1 minute, and 25 seconds.
The liberal media and leftwing America haters from Boston, San Francisco, Cleveland and Austin, have unmercifully attacked Paulie as a big time liar.
As long as Paulie the Truth-teller thought in his demented mind that he actually ran a sub-3-hour marathon, that in and of itself makes his claim almost true, right? Only God hating liberals would call Paulie a damn liar.
I could understand calling Paulie a damn liar if he claimed that he won a gold medal at the London Olympics in bowling or dwarf-tossing.
Congrats Paulie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s most unaccomplished Truth-tellers; you are far too humble.
