Attorney Robert G. Clark of Tucson; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona provided Robert G. Clark with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Richmond University Law School in 1976.

The Arizona State Bar found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to properly supervise non-attorney assistant
  2. Failed to properly safeguard client funds
  3. Commingled client funds with his personal funds
  4. Failed to maintain complete trust account records for five years
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with another complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Robert practices at 5930 East Pima Street in Tucson, Arizona.
