The state of Pennsylvania presented Frank Louis Cecchetti with a law license in 1976.
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Thomas guilty of being found guilty of misconduct on at least three occasions.
 
Frank’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 
Tom received a complimentary Informal Admonition for engaging in the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Failing to properly communicate with client (victim)
  3. Failed to return client file to client after being discharged

Tom received a complimentary private reprimand for engaging in the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to keep clients reasonably informed of status of legal matters
  3. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  4. Failed to return client file to client after being discharged

Tom received a complimentary censure for engaging in the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Failing to properly communicate with client (victim)
  3. Engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  4. Failed to file required appeal brief resulting in client’s appeal being dismissed
As a consequence of his third finding of misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Frank by gifting him with a complimentary stayed1-year suspension of his law license. In reality, the comics sitting on the Supreme Court opted to not mete out any real punishment to Frank.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Frank practices with Mental Health America Legal Services at 114 Smithfield Street in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
