The state of Pennsylvania presented James S. Bruno with a law license in 1979.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found James guilty of misconduct on several occasions as set forth below
James’ 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 1998
James received two (2) a complimentary Informal Admonitions for his failure to communicate with his clients (victims).
James’ 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2004
James received a complimentary Private Reprimand for engaging in the following misconduct.
James’ 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2005
James received his second complimentary Private Reprimand for engaging in the same misconduct that resulted in him receiving his first complimentary Private Reprimand.
James’ 4th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 20010
As a consequence of his fourth finding of misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Frank by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
It should be noted that Disciplinary Counsel has again filed misconduct charges due to James’ 5th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. When will this loser be permanently disbarred?
