Attorney James Budzak of Ambridge, PA; convicted cokehead, liar

The state of Pennsylvania presented James E. Budzak with a law license in 1998.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found James guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. James pleaded guilty to one count of possession of heroine
  2. James pleaded guilty to one count of possession of cocaine.
  3. Fabricated official court records by affixing sham stamp of filing date
  4. Forged the signature of a judge on an official court document
In regards to the forged documents, Jimmy’s excuse for doing so was to persuade his client that he was actually performing valuable legal services on his behalf As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to James.

Isn’t it comforting for the good folks in Pennsylvania that there is yet another convict with a law license running amuck in the state compliments of the buffoons sitting on the Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) James practices at 2108 Ridge Road in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.

Caution: James does not carry legal malpractice insurance
