Judge Morris Jacobson: Oakland, CA; Judge Roy Bean Wannabee, lifetime porker  
FYI: Judge Roy Bean was a saloon-keeper and Justice of the Peace in Val Verde County Texas who called himself “The Law West of the Pecos.” He was also affectionately referred to as “The Hanging Judge.”
The state of California presented Morris Jacobson with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Hastings Law School.
Morris has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough since he received his law license in 1986 as his work record below proves.
Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was duped into appointing Morris as an Alameda County Superior court judge in 2005. He obviously didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the Bay area. He received it due to his dedicated service as a compliant lackey for the local political hacks.
The California Judicial Commission found Morris guilty of abusing his contempt power that stemmed from a heated exchange with attorney Anne Beles. Beles’ crime was to request a delay of a preliminary hearing on her client’s behalf. Morris responded by saying, “Work all day today, work all night. Get up early in the morning.” Beles then told the Morris the Moron, “I don’t need your advice on how to be competent.” Praise the Lord, the truth will set you free!
The Moron then had the chutzpah to say, “This is contemptuous. That was disrespectful.” How in the hell can anyone be disrespectful when addressing a Certified Buffoon (my apologies to buffoons) like Morris the Moron? Proof that Morris is totally incompetent is the fact that he had to leave the bench to review the checklist on finding an attorney in contempt.
Of course this wasn’t Morris’ 1st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. The comedians sitting on the Surpeme Court gifted him with a complimentary letter of caution in 2010 after he ordered an attorney to appear in court when no legal matter required his presence. Morris the Moron then ordered the attorney to remain in the courtroom for an unscheduled hearing.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Morris by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Morris continues to sit as a Alameda County Superior Court Judge in Oakland, California.
This is exactly the type of Moron ya get when someone of Morris’ ilk is appointed to the bench for his past work as a flunky for political hacks in the Bay area.
