Former Judge Sri K. Basava Raju of India; pervert

Unfortunately, the High Court provided Sri K. Basava Raju with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the Washburn University School of Law.

The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad found Raju guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was a

Sub-Court in Narsapur, West Godavari District Court judge.

  • Failed to uphold the integrity of the judiciary
  • Failed to promote public confidence in the judiciary
  • Engaged in impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to pass an order for bail though the offences were bailable
  • Failed to maintain absolute integrity and devotion to duty
  • Committed an act which is unbecoming of a Judicial Officer
  • Behaved in an indecent manner with Ms. Nagamma, a newly recruited stenographer posted to work under you, by touching her hands, breasts, checks and used to kiss her, while she was attending to the dictation work
  • When Ms. Nagamma ran away from Raju’s chambers, he would shout angrily and threaten her for running away
  • After stating to give Ms. Nagamma dictation, Raju stopped and caught hold of her hand, dragged her towards the toilet in his chambers, laid her on the floor and forcibly had sexual intercourse against her will
  • Raju acted in a manner which is derogatory to the prestige of Judiciary (Oh really?)
  • Misused and abused his position as a judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad punished Raju by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2026), it is rumored that Raju has an application pending for a job as a bathroom attendant at the Gentlemen’s Club Hyderabad located in Hyderabad in the Indian State of Telangana.
