Judge David Curlin of Henderson, KY; ethical dwarf

Unfortunately, the state of Kentucky presented David Curlin with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the Northern Kentucky  University of School of Law.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Davey!)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. September 2026), Davey practices is so-called brand of jurisprudence as a 51^st Judicial Circuit Family Court Judge in Henderson, Kentucky
