Attorney Perrar Joseph of Huntsville, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Perrar Aquity Joseph with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.
The Alabama State Bar Association found Josh guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Failed to communicate with his client
-
Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
-
Failed to safeguard client funds
-
Failed to expedite client litigation
-
Charged or attempted to charge an unreasonable fee
-
Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
-
Perrar engaged in conduct that adversely reflected on his fitness to practice law
-
Perrar advised his client he would research the sentencing point system to determine if the client had a reasonable basis to seek reconsideration of his sentence with the research indicating that the Court did not have jurisdiction to resentence the client
-
Perrar failed and/or refused to disclose the research and legal conclusion regarding resentencing to the client
-
Perrar failed to notify the Court and/or the Parole Board of the client’s acceptance in being “furloughed” to a specific treatment facility, in lieu of serving the remainder of his sentence
-
Perrar also failed to motion the Court to place the client in Community Corrections with orders for the client to seek treatment at the specific program
-
Failed to maintain a trust account ledger in his client matter
-
Missed numerous meetings and/or scheduled phone calls with the client
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Perrar by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
And lastly, as one would suspect, Perrar fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.joseph-firm.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
As we speak (ca. October 2025), Perrar practices his so-called brand of law at 107 Jefferson Street North in Huntsville, Alabama.
