Attorney Paul Gattone of Tucson, AZ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Paul J. Gattone with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to diligently pursue Mr. Flieger’s appellate matter
• Failed to alert appellate court of his trial conflict
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paule by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and he was assessed investigative costs of $1,200.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Paulie fails to disclose the misconduct as set forth above on his self-serving website at www.gattoncivilrightslaw.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2026), Paulie practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Paul Gattone at 201 South Convent Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
