The state of Maryland provided William John Dotson with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from George Mason University School of Law.
The Judicial Commission found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to comply with terms of agreement forged with disciplinary authorities (Up yours, said Billy!)

Lent the prestige of his judicial office to advance his private interests and others on social media

Improperly engaged in public partisan political discussion on social media

Failed to cooperate with disciplinary authorities (Screw you, said Billy!)

Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)

Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety

Improperly participated in activities that interfered with the proper performance of Billy’s judicial duties

Acted in manner/activities that would appear to reasonable person to undermine Billy’s independence, integrity, or impartiality

Engaged in conduct that would appear to reasonable person to be coercive

Bullied attorneys to provide pro bono public legal services
All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court.
As we speak (ca. December 2025), Mikey continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Judge of the Orphan’s Court for Charles County in LaPlata, Maryland.
