Judge Jeffrey Ashton of Orlando, FL; bullying loser

The state of Florida provided Jeffrey Ashton with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

FYI: Jeff has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past forty-four (44) years. Apparently, there was no self-respecting law firm in the greater Orlando area.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission Judicial Conduct Commission found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• While presiding over cases, trials, hearings, and other proceedings, Jeff behaved intemperately
• He shouted at people appearing before him
• Lacked the patience, dignity, and courtesy required by the Code of Judicial Conduct
• Repeatedly raised his voice that could be heard over the white-noise machine
• Repeatedly made facial expressions that evidenced a bias against one party or their attorney
• Behaved intemperately towards people appearing before him
• Threatened the plaintiff’s attorney with direct criminal contempt
• Repeatedly treated the Plaintiff's attorney in a manner that was not patient, dignified or courteous
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is handed out to Jeff by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2025), Jeff continues to dispense his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Orange County Circuit Court Judge in Orlando, Florida.
