Texas Judge Ben Hardin: Today’s Ricky Nelson “Travelin’ Man” Award Winner
The Table below clearly sets forth the implausible claims of Judge Hardin wherein it appears that he engaged in an extended (ca.2002-2024) scheme allowing him to make his contributors pay for him to drive a luxury BMW.
I have personally reviewed campaign records involving hundreds of Texas judges, and Hardin is the only one I have uncovered that found it acceptable to act in this way.
When the average miles driven throughout the country is between 12,000 and 15,000, the table below establishes that out of 23 years (no available records 1995-2001), Hardin drove 630,086 miles with a yearly average of 28,104 miles, which is double the average for most drivers.
It should be noted that the miles for 2023, 2014, 2007 and 2004 total 179,270 miles, with an average of 44,817 miles per year, which is triple the average for most drivers.
And lastly, could it be, that Ricky an unknown prophet and soothsayer, and prior to his untimely death wrote “Travelin’ Man” with Judge Hardin being his main inspiration.
