Attorney Ralph Karsh of Pittsburgh, PA; slacker, loser

The State of Pennsylvania provided Ralph David Karsh with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ralphie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to disclose or list his operating account information on his 2020-21 annual attorney registration form
• Due to Ralphie’s conduct, the client was forced to file a pro se PCRA petition
• Ralphie wasted judicial resources through the trial court’s denial of the same, Mr. Taylor’s appeal, and the Superior Court’s review and remand for the appointment of counsel to represent Mr. Taylor
• Was dishonest in his communications with his client
• Lied to his client that he was actively pursuing his matter
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ralphie.

As we speak (ca. November 2024), Ralphie practices his so-called brand of law at 564 Forbes Avenue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
