Attorney Gina Mosley of Philadelphia, PA; slacker

The State of Pennsylvania provided Gina Yvonne Mosley with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Gina guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to appear for discipline hearing regarding admonition (Up yours, said Gina!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Gina by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gina. 

As we speak (ca. November 2024), Gina practices her so-called brand of law at 1800 JFK Blvd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
