Judge Marian Lynch of England; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Nigel Gerald with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Essex School of law.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Marian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in judicial misconduct
• Rudely interrupted a party to proceedings
• Spoke in a tone that caused distress
• Failed to be courteous, patient, tolerant and to respect the dignity of all appearing before her

As a direct consequence of her misconduct Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice, acting as dual cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits punished Marian by gifting her with a complimentary sanction of formal advice.

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Marian continues to dispense her so-called version of jurisprudence as a Deputy District Court Judge in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
