Attorney Danilo Gomez of Methuen, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Danilo J. Gomez with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Danilo guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Offered to withdraw his client’s property division demand in his divorce case in exchange for the client’s wife’s agreement not to testify against him in a pending criminal proceeding
• Danilo continued to represent the client in the criminal proceeding, when the client’s interests were in conflict with the Danilo’s interest in covering up his own misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Danilo by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2024), Danilo practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Danilo J. Gomez at 225 Broadway in Methuen, Massachusetts.
