Judge Martin Brewer of England; bully

The Lady Chief Justice and with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement found Marty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Was discourteous when dealing with a party appearing before him
  • Engaged in rude behavior towards a party appearing in his court
  • Inappropriately shouted in open court during a hearing at a specific party who was present at said hearing
  • Engaged in impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
  • Marty’s unprofessional shouting at a female party appearing before him and his excessive and improper intervention during the hearing, caused her to abandon her claim
  • Behavior fell below what is acceptable for judicial officers
  • Engaged in improper conduct by displaying unwarranted impatience towards a party appearing before him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Lord Chancellor and Lady Chief Justice punished Dick by gifting him with complimentary formal warning. It’s my understanding that this type of punishment can be very, very painful, especially if it is delivered in the town square.

As we speak (ca. February 2025), Dick continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Peace of the Lincolnshire Branch in the United Kingdom.
