Judge Sarah Walker of England; slacker, loser

The Lord Chief Justice and with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement found Sarah guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to display care in the discharge of her judicial duties
• Failed to approve an order in a timely manner
• Failed to immediately recognize the consequences of her inaction in failing to timely approve an order

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice punished Sarah by gifting her with a complimentary formal warning. It’s my understanding that this type of punishment can be very, very painful, especially if it is delivered in a nearby pub.

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Sarah continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a District Court Judge of the Lincolnshire Branch in the United Kingdom.
