Judge Brian Lawn of England; scofflaw

The Lady Chief Justice and with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply display respect for the law
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Engaged in impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
• Committed misconduct by accruing 11 penalty points for speeding offences
• Failed to report the 11 offences to his bench chair as required to do

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Lord Chancellor and Lady Chief Justice punished Brian by gifting him with complimentary formal warning. It’s my understanding that this type of punishment can be very, very painful, especially if it is delivered in the dark.

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Brain continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Peace of the Lincolnshire Branch in the United Kingdom.
