• Improperly sent Facebook message to a party that she knew to be represented by counsel
• The Facebook communication was intended to remind the party of his online friendship with Terry as the litigation moved forward

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person
• Used methods of obtaining evidence that violated the legal rights of a person
• Disclosed confidential client information
• Provided client with name of confidential informant the client should avoid when buying illegal drugs
