Attorney Jason Bruno of Scottsdale, AZ; ethical troll

The state of Arizona presented Jason Mario Bruno with a law license in 2004 after he graduate from Creighton University School of Law.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jason guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misrepresented to opposing counsel that all requested items had been disclosed when they had not
• Subsequently, Jason failed to correct misleading deposition testimony offered by his expert witness.
• Failed to act with candor in dealing with a tribunal
• Failed to act fairly when dealing with opposing counsel and party
• Offered evidence he knew to be false
• Made a frivolous discovery request or failed to make reasonably diligent effort to comply with legally proper discovery request by opposing party
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jason fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.sherretslaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak, (ca. June 2024), Jason practices his so-called brand of law with Sherrets Bruno & Vogt LLC at 7345 East Evans Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
