Attorney Benjamin Dodge of Mesa, AZ; rubber check afficianado

The state of Arizona presented Benjamin L Dodge with a law license in 2006 after he graduate from Williamette University School of Law.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Benny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Benny knew he and his bookkeeper had been mismanaging one of his two trust accounts for more than ten years
• Wrote at least two checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to conduct three-way reconciliations of client trust accounts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,200.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Benny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.dodgevegalaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak, (ca. August 2024), Benny practices his so-called brand of law with Dodge & Vega PLC at 7227 East Baseline Road in Mesa, Arizona.
