Attorney Nichole Tuliszewski of Pittsburgh, PA; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Nichole Elizabeth Tuliszewski with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Nichole guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with her Minimum Continuing Legal Education requirements
• Falsely told her employer, orally and in a sworn declaration, that she was authorized to practice law in Illinois
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Nichole!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Nichole by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Nichole practices her so-called brand of law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
