Attorney Kazuto Yamamoto of Osaka, Japan; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Kazuto Yamamoto with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Third Judicial District found Kazuto guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fulfill his attorney registration obligations
• Kazuto failed to comply with attorney registration mandates for two consecutive biennial registration periods
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Repeatedly failed to comply with registration requirements

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.
