Attorney Jennifer Dilworth of Hampton, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia provided Jennifer Terrell Dilworth with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from the College of William & Mary.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Jenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Committed a criminal or deliberately wrongful act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Misrepresented to her supervisor multiple times that she had filed a motion to withdraw in case
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Jenny practices her so-called brand of law at 4707 Threechopt Road in Hampton, Virginia.
