Former Judge Stephen Thomas of Siloam Springs, AR; pervert

The state of Arkansas presented Stephen Sloan Thomas with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was a judge of the part-time Municipal Court Judge of Siloam Springs.

• Stevie entered a room at the Holiday Inn Express and paid Ms. Waggoner $300 in cash for her sexual services with him and for her services with another attorney at a later time (aka, as a pimp)
• Stevie was charged with the offense of solicitation of a prostitute, a class "C" misdemeanor
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Conduct detrimentally affected the integrity of the judiciary
• Stevie’s solicitation of a prostitute undermined public confidence in the administration of justice
• Stevie and Waggoner were recorded by the drug task force and during said calls, it was agreed that Stevie would have sex with Waggoner for $150 per hour
• Stevie also discussed the type of sex acts which would or would not be performed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension from the bench without pay.

As we speak (ca. July 2024), Stevie practices his so-called brand of law at 114 South Broadway Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
