Solicitor Donal Chambers of Ireland; ethical dwarf

 

The Law Society of Ireland provided Donal Chambers with a solicitor’s license in 2007 after he graduated from graduated from the National University of Ireland.

 

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Donal guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Firm continued to practice with a required practicing certificate
  • Failed to maintain qualified indemnity insurance
  • Engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Donal by gifting him with a complimentary censure and ordered to pay a sums of  €3,000 to the compensation fund and €3,024 as a contribution towards the whole of the costs of the applicant.

 

As we speak (ca. May 2024), Donal practices his so-called brand of law at 1 Bridge Street in Kildare, Ireland.
